Not prepared to fight their customer's corner

When I queried why Sky had declined my cashback claim, Quidco said Sky had said it my purchase was credited to another referrer and gave some excuse about not clearing my cookies etc on my computer or my browser history. This was absolute nonsense. They said they couldnt take it any further etc etc but as far as I am concerned they didn't try very hard. I could have got a better deal from other promotional sites but Quidco seemed to offer the best deal - how I wish I had gone elsewhere. something would have been better than nothing.
