Ridiculous!!! If there was a 'no stars' rating, I would definately choose it!!!

Cannot get through to them at all!!! They do not have a phone number and they do not answer e-mails. They supplied me with a tracking number that does not work. When I called the company they use to deliver, they said they have nothing for the tracking number, my post code or my surname!!! Wondering if i'll ever get the parcel let alone get it for my work do!!! The customer service is shoking. Cant see this company lasting very long when the majority of customers are treated this way.

I am over the moon with my new glasses

I ordered my glasses and found the website very easy to use and was happy to see a phone number that I could actually ring should I need assistance. My glasses arrived in the post a week later and I am over the moon with them. Great quality and I would definitely recommend. I will most definitely use direct sight in the future, one very happy customer.
