De var så søde i butikken, men havde desværre lidt travlt den dag så da mit nummer skift bar gået igennem havde jeg ingen pinkode til at låse min nye mobil op med :/ men fik den samme dag oplyst via deres facebook support så det var lækkert.
Det virker som et meget ungsindet firma, for når man snakker med deres kunde service eller i butikken er der bare den vibe. Synes der er mange flere gode ting ved det end mit forrige abonement og det er jeg ret glad for :)
Der er så mange muligheder for at få fat i dem så man sidder næsten aldrig og tænker 'noo hvorfor kan jeg ikke komme i gennem det er mega vigtigt'

First I had ordered a pair of shoes which were apparently out of stock. I replied and within very short time got an answer again. A long story short, we sorted out a new pair of shoes with 20%off for the inconvenience and a full refund on the ones out of stock.
Now for a update on that. 2 days after ordering the second pair of shoes i was wondering why I did not receive a dispatch confirmation yet since I ordered express. I wrote the company and they told me it would be delayed because they had to get the shoes form an another warehouse and that could take 2-4 workdays! That's NOT express. I will get the money from postage refunded but still this sucks and now i won't have any shoes for my party on Friday.
So a good advise if you order and need your delivery international, just don't count on the so called express delivery.
