Bought a game after a very tedious security procedure. After some time I realized that they sent me the wrong key (standard instead of limited edition). After having the issue escalated, I sent proof (screenshots and reports) but they won't accept their responsibility. Will not buy again
Been buying and selling online for 17 years or so. IN this site, which I got by reference I had 3 issues on 3 orders:
- XCOM was preordered and payed, their release date was delayed. Unacceptable.
- In Dark Souls, they provided me a code that does nothing (too short)
- Being a 3rd order, verification should be smooth, but it took them 24 hours to send me a simple Civ5 key
Extremely dissapointed. Oh and before you ask: I had 3 orders because they refunded me XCOM with store money, so the other 2 orders are using that money.
