Impressive delivery procedure

Shopfitting Warehouse generally inspired confidence in their online sales and delivery routines. The product I was after (a particular shelving bracket) was competitively priced (after taking account of the ex-VAT price, delivery and VAT charges it was cheapest of about half a dozen suppliers) which is why I went with them. Most impressive though was the delivery set-up. Delivery was prompt and I was not only kept advised of the initial delivery date, but I then received text offerings of alternative dates. something I had not seen before, and finally advice of the hour that delivery would be made on the day I preferred. All most impressive, and the whole business went without a hitch. My only negative comment is that the delivery charge itself (£11 on a pretty small package was higher than most rival offerings which were closer to £9).
