Maybe a fluke?!

After ordering my flowers, I was petrified when I then saw the reviews on here. (I wanted to call them to make a slight amendment to the order).
To summarise, the flowers arrived as described and the recipient was very happy.

However, In future I will probably stick to a more local supplier for several reasons;

1) They have no contact number
2) Their order tracking system doesn't work
3) The flowers arrived at 5:30pm

I felt obliged to post on here though as contrary to other comments, the flowers did arrive and met the description of what I pad for. Rubbish customer service however
