Quick to sort out my own mistakes

Fantastic personal service. I ordered a laptop, then changed my mind after it was delivered and chose a different one. They bent the rules for me and sorted the pick up / refund, and then checked back later to make sure it was all OK. Good price doesn't normally come with good service on the phone, so I'm impressed.
