Dreams has become my nightmare! I bought furniture form dreams worth of £3200. when I bought the furniture they told me that the delivery will take up to 6 weeks. Now it has been 9 weeks, I called their customer services about 6 times; most of the time they are really rude and so unhelpful, eventually they told me that they will get in touch with the follow up team and the follow up team will get in touch with 24 hours, I waited 3 days and no one called me, I called again and it was the same story and now it has been more than 4 days but no one called. I asked for cancellation, their procedure of cancellation is that the costumer service contact the cancelation team and they contact you back with 10 working days to discuss the cancellation with you! (unbelievable) also what is worse is that you might loss 20% of your order as a result of cancelation and get your money a month after cancelation at least. Bottom line, my advice is never ever buy anything from dreams, if you do then this means that you put yourself in hell and you will always be upset and angry with the way they treat you and they way that they do not care about costumer service. Also they are very expensive! Honestly speaking, the worst people I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
