I ordered my tyres online and arranged fitting at the Yeadon branch for Sat 5/01/13 and confirmed over the phone, two days beforehand, for 09.45 only to find on the day the fitting centre fully booked with fleet cars. The centre Manager stated someone else had taken the booking and not entered into the diary which was for 2012. The Manager stated it was not his problem and offered no alternative stating that I should be more understanding of the £1.0 Million contract National had with their fleet customer. I had to prompt for an alternative fitting time. Quite clear to me the Yeadon branch are not aware of Alan Revies' and National Tyres Customer Charter. They are clearly not concerned about Customer satisfaction unless they have a Million pounds to spend.
My shoes were delivered really promptly and were slighty too small, I exchanged them for the next size up and received them also within a couple of days. The original order was credited promptly and the whole process was really efficient. Trainers are excellent.
