Good product and price - pricy postage
I bought the Tiger K Tape which was a good price at £3.99 + Vat, however the next day delivery by courier charged at £4.99 was expensive and unnecessary. Give the customer a cheaper Royal Mail option. A little obserd to pay more for delivery than the product is worth. This is the only reason I gave this review 3 stars.

The shower head arrived within a few days of ordering. Good customer services by informing me of the progress of my order at every stage. Would buy from here again.
Yodel
Absolute bag of dark brown smelly stuff
Yodel is a complete and utter sham and I'm amazed that organisations support them by giving them more business. I'm sure if they did an analysis of how many orders were cancelled and refunds issued, the majority would be down to incredibly poor service from Yodel. This does nothing but damage to a retailers brand and reputation. Having ordered goods from 2 separate companies who both happened to be using Yodel and never receiving them, I will now boycott ordering from any organisation that uses Yodel as their preferred method of delivery. They are a sorrowful excuse for a so called cowboy courier set up. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!
