After buying Berkley furniture and having it delivered the guys who built it noticed one item was damaged and said it would be replaced, it never was.
After that we noticed one of the glass fronts was smashed, the other drawer set had a squint handle plus a slash mark, both beside cabinets also had slash marks on them and the handle on the wardrobe had a chipped edge.
We phoned dreams and they said they would pass this on to homecare I think it was who would send out an inspector which we agreed to and were meant to hear back within 3 days, we never did and after about 3-4 months they said since the inspector never showed up as a good will gesture they would send us a full new order apart from the bed as it was okay, this never happened so after another 2 months of arguing we got a call from the cancellation department from samantha howwick or samantha something who asked for a chance to get it replaced and i stupidly agreed and she said we would hear back from her within days but we have now been waiting 2 months on that phone call and have never recieved one and we have left her a number of messages still no call back.
I'm now going to go through consumer services and trading standards as we have no other option as the shop we got it from also are saying there is nothing they can do, they have basically stole nearly £4000 from us!!!!
