dont count on getting free gifts

i have recently placed two orders totaling £150. The first order i spent a little more as i wanted to recieve the free gift of samples that was on offer. When my stuff arrived i was firstly sent the wrong item, after contacting them they said i could return it. I just couldnt be bothered, you have to pay the return postage and wait for a refund etc. The second problem was my free gift of samples was now a rubish pair of fold up shoes when i asked about this i was told it states they can change the gift if out of stock. So the second order i ordered two elemis items which arrived but yet again without the free gift, i am still waiting for it! Again i was only going to buy the one item but i bumped the order up so i could get the gift. I should have known it was too good to be true.

please avoid!

i wish i had read reviews before i ordered . placed order on 3rd October, rang up two weeks later to be promised it would arrive. and waiting again i have now been informed they wont be stocking the item anymore. now waiting for refund.
