We can advise that the customer placed the order at (5.20pm) after our cut off point stated on our Web Site of (3pm) on the Thursday 11th and therefore the goods were despatched from our Warehouse the following day. Under the Next Working Day option chosen by customer, the goods would be out for delivery on Monday 15th. We are sorry if customer did not realise that this would be the case and for any inconvenience caused, but it does state clearly of the delivery times and terms and conditions on all of our sites.
