I rate your customer care as NIL. Your manager is an arrogant cocky git with no morals let alone customer care. I have now read many reviews which are all pretty much the same. I will be pursuing the matter further to retrieve the further costs you have caused because your staff cant process the correct order or submit my address properly even after spelling it out to her.
I wonder what Dom Littlewood (dont get done get dom)will do with this one.
