As a developer I needed to order bathroom goods.
Everything was great - from buying - to receiving - the quality & the after care.
I genuinely have no hesitation in recommending & will definintly be using again.
DO NOT USE DPD. In future before booking a delivery I will ask the company involved who will be the courier delivering the goods.
If it is DPD I will go elswhere. If I could give minus stars I would
I get continuous excuses why they can't deliver - I get pre 12am deliveries late.
This is not the first time I have been completely let down by this incompetent company
I have just waited in all day for a non existent delivery. Then at 18.30 on a Friday night I get told I have until 19.00 tonight to pick up from the depot as they cannot get to me!
This has cost me a days wait today & now I do not have the equipment needed to go to work tomorrow.
I absolutely despise this company.
I expect, some one that bows as low as possible, every time one of the useless management team walks by will answer this review with the standard:-
"I'm very sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused. I understand how frustrating this must have been for you - or - Sorry to hear that this was your experience. I hope that you have not been too inconvenienced as a result"
WELL I have been inconvenienced. You were paid to do a job. YOU FAILED
Now the chain of events makes me FAIL "ONCE AGAIN"
As a director of a growing company, I am being forced to lose work through DPD not able to simply deliver a parcel.
They take your money, FAIL miserably & still get to keep your money for FAILING you.

Your company has not even tried to do anything other than let me down.
GOD - I'm frustrated, I am going to let down so many people tomorrow through your incompetence Mr Dwain McDonald.
I hope you experience the poor service you give your paying customers.

He knows whats wrong just by looking at your modem & wiring...??? He is a superbeing....lol.
Broadband wasn't right - My speeds were so slow (under 2meg). Mike looked at the router statistics...!! (what ever that means...!) He said "You should be getting nearer to 12Megabytes".
"Yeh, Right," I thought.
20 mins later - He shows me it working @ 11.6 Meg.
Changed a couple of tiny wires & spoke to sky for me, saying all the right things.
VERY VERY Impressed & cost £85. Well worth it.
