Looking4Parking - Airport Parking

Not the slickest meet and greet

We had to change our booking and come back 2 days early due to a death in the family.

I attempted to contact Looking4Parking firstly by texting then emailing with no response. I then had to resort to a costly phone call from my mobile phone from abroad which was not what I would have expected to do.

Also when returning to Stansted I was directed to the wrong car park which added time to our exit.

I hope you will take note of these comments and answer queries in future as there are plenty of competitors to use who offer a better service.

As booking agents for this service, Looking4Parking take all customer complaints very seriously and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

Unfortunately, we have no record of an email sent to us regarding this and we regretfully, do not have a text service.

Please accept our apologies and should you ever wish to book your airport parking again, please contact us and we will offer you a 20% discount on any meet and greet service and selected park and ride facilities that are advertised on our website.

Again we apologise and I hope that this has not deterred you from using us as your booking agent for your airport parking.
