We had to change our booking and come back 2 days early due to a death in the family.
I attempted to contact Looking4Parking firstly by texting then emailing with no response. I then had to resort to a costly phone call from my mobile phone from abroad which was not what I would have expected to do.
Also when returning to Stansted I was directed to the wrong car park which added time to our exit.
I hope you will take note of these comments and answer queries in future as there are plenty of competitors to use who offer a better service.
