Failed to pick up parcel, driver claimed to have called & left a card - not true. Collection then promised each day for next three days, no show for two days, on the third day a different courier turned up (sent by Interparcel), but they would not take the parcel because it had the ''wrong'' label.
Dealt with two seperate customer service girls, then their superviser. Phoned them each day & also emailed each day, asked without success to be contacted by someoone more senior.
Due to the weekend, it took 6 DAYS before the parcel was collected
Interparcel are totally incompetant, they lie, make excuses and I would not reccomend them to anyone needing a reliable service.
