Three quarters of our carriage is absolutely fine arrives intact & quick delivery but the other quarter well its terrible arrives damaged or doesnt arrive at all - they have never yet managed to find a lost parcel if you have to message them for a late parcel slow to reply and if you have to claim you submit it & then hear nothing, still waiting for payment for a lost item & they never refunded the price of carriage for an item they lost. They dumped an item intended for us into the front garden of another address in the pouring rain - luckily the home owner tracked us down & phoned us & we had to go and collect - and never got refunded for this terrible delivery to wrong house.
