Just failed to collect second parcel in a row. Interparcel only have a 9-5 weekday number no good when collections go till 8pm and on Saturdays!
Basically told over the phone to just go direct with delivery company as third party (interparcel) can't do any more and lady I spoke with had real attitude. But i was told to read there terms and conditions interparcel do not guarantee any collections or deliveries????

Formal complaint to be lodged today, as 5 days later still waiting on my parcel to be collected cheers interparcel many thanks!!!!!!
