Quidco

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO EXPLANATION

To say that I had purchased almost £15,000.00 worth of goods from Dec 09 to Oct 12 I had almost £1000.00 showing as money owed to me from Quidco, I decided to put in a claim to collect the money for Christmas pressies.
Almost immediately I received a note asking me for verification of a holiday of £4400.00 I paid for in June 2010 and took Dec 2010.I wrote back and was asked to send hotel bill showing paid & bank statement.
I explained that it was 18 months ago and I did not have the items asked for as my husband lives and works on the riggs in Iraq and was not easy to ask if he still had these items, also the holiday had been tracked and paidnfor over 12 months ago.
No other explanation was offered by the person who asked me to deal with her direct, but when I did send them she ignored the items I offered and kept writing back to me via the quidco link along with other members of staff asking me what company was I having problems with . When I wrote back explained the whole story about her wanting verification which I had managed to get by ringing THAILAND and asking them to send a copy of our stay, It was totally ignored and another stupid question would be asked whilst all the time the details were sitting in the member of staffs emails.I was frustrated as I offered my phone number BUT they wont ring you or let you deal with a supervisor or manager as I asked.
Not one of them followed their Quidco links and all this could have been sorted quickly instead of weeks ..the problem company was QUIDCO and their staff...
