TOOK WAY TO LONG, IGNORED MY EMAILS. QUOTED A PRICE THEN PAID LESS!! AFTER WAITING FOR THE PAYMENT FOR OVER 4 WEEKS HAD TO CHASE THEM UP OVER THE PHONE. DID NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE NOT RUDE ON THE PHONE JUST FAR TO LAID BACK AN APPROACH TO CUSTOMER CARE AND TRIED TO SAY THE FAULT IN PAYMENT WAS MY OWN WHEN I HAD IT IN BLACK AND WHITE (EMAILS) THE PRICE THEY HAD QUOTED. AT TIMES I FELT LIKE JUST GIVING UP AND ACCEPTING THE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I EVEN SAID TO THEM TO SEND MY PHONES BACK BUT WAS YET AGAIN FOBBED OFF AND PROMISED PAYMENT BUT YET AGAIN IT NEVER MATERIALISED. NOW AFTER MAYBE MY 20TH CALL AND AFTER 9 EMAILS I HAVE BEEN OFFERED AND EXTRA £13 PROBABLY TO SHYT THEM UP AS I HAVE RANG ABOUT 8 TIMES JUST THIS MORNING!!!
I WOULD DEFINATELY NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND TO ANYONE. I AM NOW OFF TO REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS.
