Grossly disappointed

Booked a parcel collection on Monday night, but by Wednesday afternoon still no show and parcel was still at my home. I checked the tracking number I was given and it clearly stated the parcel had already been collected and was at their Newton Abbot depot! Finally managed to call and was told it was too late to book a collection that day so would have to wait a further 2 days. No contact method available WHATSOEVER any day after 5.00pm and the number given to ring was a chargeable number too. A well rehearsed apology was given, but I wasted 2 days waiting in for the collection and the recipient was none too pleased either when they had to wait nearly a week for a supposed 2 day service. Will NEVER use them again!
