Achica- my guilty secret

I love receiving my e-mail with details of new sale every morning.

I buy regularly from this site and have been happy with everything I have bought. The only downside is that, as items don't always come together and can take a few weeks to arrive, you need to make sure that you get everything that you pay for. On more than one occasion I was charged for all the items but did not receive them all. There is no system with Achica for checking this which is a shame as it's my only moan. I eventually received a refund but only after chasing.
I received a broken item once and Achica sent another quickly and without fuss. That impressed me and that kind of service that keeps me coming back day after day.
