Ordered a couple of things I liked the look of both from the same supplier. Delivery date given for 4 weeks later (how come if they have a site that says "only 8 left" or "only 4 left - that is supposed to mean they are in stock surely). One thing (the cheapest) came, the other no news at all about the other one. When I queried it I was told there was a "problem" which they hope to resolve. I have asked for my money back if it does not arrive within 7 days.
Sorry, but if you say that something is available that is what I expect and I don't expect to be the one who has to bring up the problem about delivery- that's the company's job. Seeing remarks here this is obviously a general problem and I will not use them again.
