Brilliant Service - North West

Goods ordered late Saturday afternoon, email Saturday night from DPD that item shipped for delivery.Monday. Another email from DPD Sunday advising a 1 hour delivery slot, which could be changed if required. Item delivered exactly as advised and bearing in mind several kilo in weight, driver took it to where needed.
Overall really 1st class communication and customer service.
