Mixed results

Hi , booked 3 x parcel deliveries , one went perfect usual next day or so delivery but 2 of the deliveries were collected quick enough but took a long time to be delivered (6days) ,
The 2 x deliveries I was not happy about are ref 926991964712 & ref 926987057780
