As above, I think your delivery is shocking, and to be told, well that's just the way it is because the supplier sends it out is not good enough!
I spend a fortune with you, it can take months to send things to me, I'm over your tiny return dates and its just tough, you don't care one bit if you loose me as a client.
You just cancel things off my order's and credit me but with no notification.....
