I called sales to check stock and spoke to a helpful person who said they would call me back later, as there were a couple of people from stores not in that day. They called back in the afternoon, and said that if I placed my order it would be dispatched the same day, and it was. The price was the best on the web, and next day delivery was free.
Therefore, I stayed in all of the next day, and....nothing. I sent an email that night complaining, and the reply in the morning was that the courier (DPD) had a problem with a broken down vehicle, and they would deliver that day. But, I wasn't in the following day, and there was no way of changing the delivery time. Luckily, my sister went to my house and waited for the delivery for me. But, if she hadn't been around I would have had to reschedule for the following week, which would have been a nightmare.
So, in summary, great price, good service, terrible choice of courier.
