AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Apalling Customer Service

Similar to the guy below, i don't often write reviews, but feel the terrible service i have received from these guys deserves to be made public, so as to hopefully warn off others!

I ordered a ping golf bag and adidas golf shoes some 3 weeks ago. I initially chose golf247 due to their keen prices and an offer that they were running. The order was placed over the phone due to ping rules and so i asked for a receipt to be emailed to me. 1 week passed and i had received no confirmation email and no package had arrived in the post. I called them to be told the bag had to be ordered in from ping and so would be a couple more days, which was fine by me. I again requested for confirmation to be emailed to me. Another week passed and still no email or the items i had oredered. So I called again and after some confusion at the other end was told they would look into it and call me back. I never received a return phone call. A couple of days later, the golf bag arrived at the wrong address, the billing address rather than the shipping address and the golf shoes were still no where to be seen!! ANOTHER phone call and I was told the shoes would be a couple more days because they had to be ordered from adidas. I am certain it shouldn't take close to 3 weeks to order a pair of standard size golf shoes in! I am writing this 3 weeks on from when the order was placed still with no golf shoes and no email confirming what i have paid!
