I ordered an elite stockpot and sauté pan. Unfortunately the delivery box was damaged on receipt and the handle of the sauté pan was found to be damaged. I called Pro-cook - brilliant service, just sent them some photos of the damaged box and pan and within 2 days I had a new one on my desk. First class - well done
I used their online ID tool which only gave me one option, which when it arrived turned out to be wrong. One phone call and all sorted by a very helpful lady on the phone. Correct part arrived next day, no uibbles, no fuss with a prepaid returns envelope.
I will definately use them again.
