Had the worse experience ever with petfix.co.uk They pride themselves and quote "We despatch all orders within two working days, if we are unable to do this, we will contact you."Placed a large order midday on the 16/10 and few days later I called to check whether order had been dispatched and they advised me a couple of things wasn't in stock and it had just been dispatched and I would get it on the following Tuesday (that's 6 days after purchase). But no contact made to tell me it was late as they promise on their website. On the same phone call where I advised I would get my order on Tuesday, I then said I shall wait for delivery and MIGHT go somewhere else to buy. It had essential supplies for my baby ferret. Today, Tuesday, no delivery (as I was expecting and confirmed by them) and a Paypal refund email saying the amount has been refunded from petfix! At any time, they mentioned the order would be cancelled. When I read refund emails, I instantly called petfix and the same gentleman, not helpful at all, bordering impolite, then informed me the package was taken from couriers (supposedly dispatched) and not sent! So, summarising it all, why wouldn't they make an effort to send it next day delivery and avoid all this disappointment and inconvenience? I made another order for something different from petsupermaket.co.uk 2 days after I ordered from petfix, free delivery and have already received it (just saying how bad your customer service is)! One of the product ordered was an anti parasite for my baby ferret. You have just lost a valued customer. AVOID them!
