The ordering and payment were excellent, but finding out collection and delivery dates were extremely difficult, and I found the 'live call' call extremely frustrating as every question asked took a long time to answer, as though he had no connection with the company. As for the times themselves it is ridiculous not to have a less vague time as 9.30 till 17.00 or Monday or Tuesday - how can you expect a person to sit in his/her house for one whole day or 2 whole days waiting for a parcel - some of us have a life to live. We should be at least be allowed to ask which day and whether am or pm. Even logging in with a tracking number only says 'out on delivery', which in fact did not mean the recipient's parcel was on its way, as it came the next day!!!! Not having a phone to speak to someone was a real drawback, as the 'live call' was both time consuming and frustrating. However as a friend told me 'Cheap price, cheap service'. However this applies to Parcel2go GLS, which was the one I used, and so maybe other couriers under the 'interparcel' label might be better.
