Camera arrived in 2 days without a hitch - what's the fuss about?

Ordered Canon 60D and 24 -105L lens on a Tuesday evening. Got a call 15 minutes later. Added spare battery and lens filters ( that I wanted anyway) and it all arrived Thursday lunchtime at my house in the uk.. One call, a few emails confirming details and no problems.

Fantastic service and the cheapest price I could find.
