To be waiting for 6 and a half hours for a parcel to be collected from Spain to then find out after calling the company that your parcels have been collected, when obviously they have not. This was the start of our horrendous experience with this company. However, we were then told after each and every phone call that we would be 'contacted shortly'. This always resulted in us calling around 3 hours later to find out what was happening.....an 0845 number from a Spanish number (you work out the cost). We were eventually told 'tomorrow'. However, when tomorrow came, this happened to be a Spanish public holiday and so no collection was made. I had already made it very clear to the company that I was leaving Spain the following day. We eventually arranged another pick up day from another address. By this point, I am now in the UK, my parcels in the hands of friends in Spain. This day came and it took ME, to ring the comapny AGAIN, to find out the parcels had STILL not been collected. The van had gone to the old address.....bad communication is clearly a problem within this company. Eventually, my parcels were collected the next day (5 days after the original collection day). Unfortunately, I had to ring up myself to find out. By this point, I think we must have spent at least 100 pounds in phone calls. When my parcels finally arrived, one of them was damaged. We have been told that no reimbursement can be made for the inconvenience, time consumption and expensive phone calls this service has cost us. Not to mention the damage to my item.
This service was a disgrace and was completely unacceptable.
