I have bought a lot of products from a variety of Achica promotions. The savings are substantial and offer a wide choice of products. I enjoy browsing the promotions on a daily basis and often see things that I may not otherwise consider ( household/garden products as an example).
What could be better is a vast improvement in shortening the delivery times and monitoring of customer orders to ensure that products ordered and charged for are actually delivered.
My experience recently is that on 3-4 occasions I have ordered goods which I have been charged for and when I am checking my account to see what orders I have outstanding, have to chase Achica for an update on the delivery and then been told that the items cannot be supplied and I have been given a refund. This has lead to disappointment especially when the items have been ordered in advance of birthday and christmas presents.
