I don't really know where to start. Superb website, wide range of products, cheap prices, cheap delivery rates, plenty of delivery options (they deliver 7 days a week), unbelievably quick delivery and a very friendly and helpful delivery team, I was so impressed with the whole experience. I ordered a new fridge freezer at 8.30pm Thursday, received it at 12.00 the next day for a tenner. I was kept up-to-date on when it was likely to be delivered, first a text message at 7am giving an estimated 4 hour window, then an updated 2 hour window via the tracking page and then a phone call from the driver when he was 15 minutes away, excellent customer service. I cannot fault this company whatsoever. I will certainly be shopping with them again and will be spreading the word about their awesomeness!
A couple of things put me off going to achica.com these days. The sales are incredibly repetitive and the new brands they do have tend to be either cheap-looking "vintage" furniture that's way over-priced, even cheaper looking 'fake modern' furniture (plastic and chrome bar stools mainly) or chavvy kids clothes.
I have ordered three items from them in the last 6 months or so having previously been a regular and two of those items I was told that they would not be able to fulfill my order for whatever reason. The one item that I did get turned up damaged. Having read the returns info on the invoice I presume it had already been returned by at least one other customer as it states that return items must be in a resellable/resalable condition. Well how is that posible when it arrives to me damaged? Then I read on to find that if I want to return an item, I must make arrangements to send it back and pay postage without re-embursement.
Won't be buying from them again.
