Quick, efficient and hassle-free

I ordered items to be send to a courier company who would forward to me abroad. I specifically mentoned in my comments that I wanted all packaging kept to a minimum to cut down on weight. This was followed to the letter and all unecessary packaging was removed.

This kind of personal service is so unusual and almost always when I request less packaging from large store chains, (mentioning no names Mothercare and John Lewis!) it never happens.
