Terrible, outrageus, shocking......

I have used dpd via johanexpress to send 8months of my life in UK back to Poland. 05/10/2012
Courier came collected parcel in a rush, and left no collection note even after request, said there is no need for that.
Delliwerry ordered 3 to 5 days in that case i gave extra 2 days just to check after weekend since they may not be working.
Few days ago I made first attempt to find out what have happened to about 60 kilos of my stuff in parcels.

First I was told that there was no sender addres on parcel so they cannot send it, so I was asked to send details, so they can acually send it. - But of course not sent.

Next attempt - It turns out that now my parcel have never been collected because on 09/10/2012 immaginary courier came to collect but there was no parcel - sure there wasn't since collection slot was on 05/10/2012 and it was picked up, but best part is that there was no courier here at all on the 09/10/2012,
How do I know? Because this is a hotel and between 7:00 in the morning and 12:30 at night there is always someone at reception.
Now the question is does the courier who picked my parcell up from here have he just figured that its a lot of good stuff so hell tak it and put in system that there was nothing to pick up?

After all the comments it seems verry much like it.

I tryed to ask them to find out who picked up the parcel in such a big company it seems natural that they have some record who dealt with which order, but no they claim there is no way to check who picked it up on fifth nor who put in the system that he been here to pick it up on the nine'th.

The worse thing is that even that someone who tryed to help said we have parcell which matches your description but to claim you have to go via johannexpress who simply refuse any kind of cooperation, anyway 10 minutes later I was informed that this is deffinetly not my parcel. Now I am in point of desperration abput 500 £ maby more of clothes, tous and presents for my family have dissapeared and only thing I hear is we cannot help if someone from johannexpress will not make a complaint for you.

I will update it after involving a citizen advisors and police for now thats how it all looks.
