They go around using all possible ways to suck your money out. Charges are ridiculous, money held (pretending to be protection when they have direct debit to my account!!!) and customer service is another rip off with premium number to call them. I had to wait 30 min to get trough since it was urgent. Avoid. Dont see them to survive for a long time.

II was redirected to purelygadgets from tesco website. The company might be going to administration. Order placed two weeks ago and still no sign of delivery. Calls answered in more than 20 min and no resonable answer just "we have a backlog with order and cannot give you aproximate time of delivery" Stay away
