Speaker purchase was rectified swiftly and first class

Bought some speakers from ocuk but then found out they were out of stock and wasnt told until they didn't dispatch. I posted on the forums and was then called by ocuk apologizing and i was offered the speakers at cost price plus loads of freebies of games and merchandise worth over £100. Brilliant service which fixed the initial problem and would always use again.
