I don't mind waiting for the items and paying in advance as I understand that's how it works. What I object to is having to chase up late items only to find that they have been "lost in transit". In recent months half my orders have been lost. It then takes ages to sort out refunds or a new order to be sent out. I can't understand why they don't realise that they have not enough stock to fulfil all their orders. Why is it up to me to chase them! There are no contact details other than the email and this is frustratingly slow especially when you are trying to get a considerable amount of money back. When Achica works well, it is great but I think they still have some problems that need ironing out and they don't seem in much of a hurry to do this
