I've just added the Passbook app to my iphone, and tried to store my booking confirmation from Essential Travel in it. However, the email confirmation didn't contain the necessary "blue button" to enable this. I emailed the company, and had an immediate response from Nina Montgomery, who rapidly solved my problem, with help from the IT team. When the replacement confirmation arrived, it was displaying the wrong airport, so again I contacted Nina, who got it changed and sent another replacement confirmation, this time displaying the correct airport. As with any new technology, there are bound to be teething difficulties, and in no way would I complain about this. However, I was extremely impressed by the speed and genuine warmth of Nina's responses, which extended to a goodwill refund of the parking charge as a "thank you" for alerting the team to the problem. If that's not first class customer service, I'd like to know what is?! Well done, Essential Travel, you have a diamond employee. Thank you Nina, I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
