Im writing from Florida, I dont know anyone in London thats first.
My debit info was stolen (dont ask me how) anyway, an order was placed on my card for hungryhouse.co.uk for over 100 dollars. My bank notified me as soon as it happened and told me there was irregular activity on my account. I said my info was stolen and sent multiple emails to hungryhouse customer service. They asked me to give them the email and order number that was used to place the order, after I had already told them that I didnt even know who they were and that my identity was stolen. Then this person has the nerve to say that they never charged my card when the money is deducted from my account!!!!!!!!!!! ugghh!!!! Please people, I have read other negative comments and experiencing terrible customer service here, I really suggest you guys find somewhere else to eat. Please guys listen to these reviews. More bad than good?? case closed!!!
OH YEAH!! AND IM REPORTING YOU GUYS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! AKA ECONSUMER.GOV !!!!!
