Whisky Online Good - Couriers Crap!

Whilst my order was despatched from Whisky Online promptly, the couriers they use (APC Overnight) are fricking useless. After they were unable to deliver to my house they left a card with no useful information on it. We called the number and spoke to someone very rude and for whom the words "Customer Service" were unknown. When I went to their collection depot I didn't get a "Hello" or any acknowledgement of my presence at all - the gormless ape in charge was otherwise engaged on the phone and after barking some orders at one of his colleagues I eventually got my parcel. Whisky Online is great but APC Couriers should be hung up and shot. My only consolation was that driving home from their depot I saw one of their vans had crashed into the central reservation - who says that there is no such thing as karma.....
