Much the same as many of the other reviews below, my experience of this courier service was appalling and they deserve to be publicly shamed for their incompetence. The online tracking system is a joke and the information given regarding my parcel was all untrue. It stated that no one was present for delivery and that a calling card was left- both untrue as I was home all day and no calling card was ever left. The tracking system then stated that the delivery would be rescheduled for two days later but then stated that the parcel HAD been delivered and signed for by 'EDGE', whoever they might be? Had the parcel been lobbed by the edge of someone's house? By the edge of the road? Who knows! It also stated that the delivery location was Guildford which is amusing as I am over 100 miles away in Worcestershire. No attempt was made by the courier to contact me, despite having my mobile phone number. The closest the courier came to making contact was by GIVING my number to a nearby address who called me to tell me that the courier was looking for the property! So, in short, what you can expect from Interlink Express is an undelivered parcel and your private information to be imparted to a stranger. Avoid like the plague!
