Zalando's products may be great, I don't know, never got to see them. The package I ordered, which was very very important (designer clothes chosen for my son to wear at his Bar-Mitzvah) went missing. Talking to customer services, they were totally unhelpful, not interested in the slightest in helping me out. They did not accept any responsibility and I'm now left with a significant bill for the clothes I never received and had to buy another outfit, this time avoided having anything posted.
For some reason they use a delivery company that has the poorest ratings (one star) - Yodel. I order lots of stuff by post and have not had anything go missing before. Simply disappointed and unsatisfied. left with a stressful and unpleasant situation with no help or accountability from Zalando. I'm never dealing with them again.
A very important package has been sent to us from Zalando using Yodel. The package went missing, the customer care was appalling. Dealing with the complaint has been dragging on for days and now, after a week I had been told that they have finally interviewed the drive who insists that the package has been delivered to the right address. I'm still trying to solve this problem, have given up on ever getting this very important package (clothes ordered for my son to wear at his Bar-Mitzvah) but now am worried about how to claim the costs back.
I've never had any dealings with them in the past and I hope to never ever ever have to deal with them in the future. Absolute disaster.
Had to get a couple of Ebay items collected, posting jobs was easy-peasy, Ebay item number generated all necessary data so post took less then half a minute, lots of competitive quotes came through, with reviews which really helped make an informed selection. The company I commissioned did an excellent job for me cheaper than any other options. I'm a fan, will certainly be coming back in the future, it will allow me to expand my Ebay purchasing horizons.
