Scraping the barrel.
Poor Webb site. Non existent customer service. You can't contact them unless your handing money over. Emails not answered, phones not answered, no one on the not so live ' live chat'. This is the WORST company I've ever used online. Save yourself the hassle.

Excellent company that I will definitely use again. I placed an order late on a Thursday night, well outside normal business hours, and received my compass early Saturday morning. Competitively priced, great post and packing rates, easy to use Web site. Saved my weekend thank you

As good as it gets.
I have to feel confident in a company before I'll part with my cash/card details, and with The Outdoor Shop - you do. Place an order and you quickly get e-mailed a confirmation. A further e-mail lets you know when your order is posted and you receive an expected delivery date. The order was on time. It was what I ordered and was a bargain. I had narrowed my choice of boots down to three pairs, two of which were on offer on the site. The boots are far better than I expected. I will use the company again and would recomend them to anyone.
