Having shopped online and chosen the V12 finance option of buy now - pay later and completed the lengthy process to get this approved, I phoned the shop about delivery dates as one item said 3-5 days to order in. On speaking to a sales advisor I was told that they were not even sure if they getting the item back in.
Begs the question that if I had not done this would I still be tied to finance agreement for an item that I was unable to get.
I have cancelled both the order and finance as it has become far to complex for what should be a simple purchase.
Advice would be not to rely on the website advice as the sales staff have a different take on the information given and double check before commiting to finance.
