I ordered a Vax carpet washer through Groupon. Was not impressed with the speed of delivery - the company failed to realise that if good service was given to people with a voucher, they were more likely to return to the site! The item developed a fault almost immediately. The website states they have a "no quibble" returns policy. I filled in the online form and waited 2 days before they responded, informing me I would receive a returns label (which never arrived). They also wanted me to take the item to a depot which was a 30 minute drive from where I live, and then it would be a further 7 days before a replacement would be sent out. In the end I contacted Vax and they had a replacement item on my doorstep within 3 days - now THAT is no-quibble returns!
