I arranged for a parcel to be collected on a Friday,at 4.30 that day the driver phoned to say the van had broken down and would it be possible to pick up on Monday to which I agreed.4.45 Monday I phone to find out that the pick up hadn't been re booked and I would have to wait another day,I was informed I would not be compensated in anyway as the company "Doesn't do that".I was asked what time I would like them to collect the next day, I requested the morning,during the following afternoon when I phoned up I was told the times are provisional,they turned up a few hours later.
